What is Coaching?

Coaching, is about you. It's about being supported to make a change. You will be asked questions you’ve never thought to ask yourself. Coaching is a commitment to both your personal and professional development. It's giving yourself the time and space to think, creating challenge and being accountable for your goals. It’s about being in the present, but looking forward to the future. Coaching will support you in moving forward and creating change.

I offer all of my clients a free 30-minute introductory session via Zoom so that we can get to know each other. This enables my clients to try before they buy. Sessions will be kept confidential and will take place in a safe and supportive environment. Please contact me here to book.

Helped me to Think

The Group Coaching session with Hayley helped me to think about things that I may have been putting off or trying to ignore. It was really helpful and helped to think about things in a more helpful and beneficial way.

College Student, Stafford College.

Increase in Confidence

Being coached by Hayley is honestly one of the best things that has happened to me. I was recommended Hayley at a time in my life when I needed it the most, but I didn’t see that at the time myself. Confidence has always been an issue for me but I had recently lost a lot of confidence and become a recluse due to personal reasons. But the very first coaching session I had with Hayley left me feeling much more confident, positive and happier. I am no longer the person I was 3 months ago, I have grown and evolved as a person for the better with Hayley’s coaching, support and guidance. Hayley would challenge me in various ways throughout the sessions and really get me thinking about things in my personal and professional life. She made me realise a lot in regards to where I was, where I am and where I want to be. Her sessions were never rushed and she would always take her time to listen to and understand everything I had to say, as well as, pick up on my emotions. Not only is Hayley very professional, she put me at ease straight away and I could see she coaches from the heart and cares a lot. I see her more as a friend then a coach and that in itself says a lot! I know in myself that I have changed and grown as a person and am so proud of who I have become over the past 3 months – but it wouldn’t have been possible without Hayley’s coaching. I would really recommend Hayley to anyone who feels like they need coaching in regards to any aspect in their personal or professional life. It’s coaching with a human touch that has made all the difference.

Hayley changed the way I thinking.

Hayley has quite genuinely changed the way that I was thinking about an area of my life. Her creativity, her listening and her positivity have meant that from the end of our coaching session to right this moment (and beyond!), I feel much more content and courageous. Thank you, Hayley!

A Marvellous and Positive Session

Hayley facilitated a marvellous and apt session on gratitude with the staff at my school. Very positive indeed! She got the message about gratitude and appreciation across to them all in a fun and interactive way.

Truly helped me to get a handle on things

Can I just say a huge thank you for all three sessions, they have truly helped me to get a handle on things. I now have you asking me questions in my head when I’m thinking things through! 🤣 But in all seriousness that has helped to really clarify why I choose to make the decisions I do and why it’s ok to not be ok! I  wish you every success in your venue, you’ve been amazing!!

She helped me to come up with new ideas

Hayley is a fantastic coach, she listens attentively, asks how much you would like her to challenge you and helps you to consider things from other perspectives (if that is what you want/ need). She helped me to come up with new ideas when I thought I had exhausted all options and approach some difficult situations with confidence. Highly recommend

Engaging and Client Orientated

Hayley is very engaging as a trainer and the feedback from her sessions was always positive both at the school level and GEMS Education group level. Hayley is very client orientated and goes the extra mile to ensure that she delivers what is needed. Hayley is able to relate to the people that she trains.  These strong relationships contribute to the high quality of her training and the outcomes and impact she is able to achieve for her trainees.

Boost in self belief

I have been truly amazed by the impact that Hayley’s coaching sessions have had on my outlook for both my career and my personal life. My self believe has been boosted and this has allowed me to be more decisive and confident in my own decisions and actions. I would fully recommend Hayley!

Helped me to grow

Hayley is a fantastic Coach and Mentor and is helping me to grow my coaching capabilities through working with her. I feel more confident in my coaching in an online space and have a greater range of coaching tools and strategies available which I have gained through working with Hayley. Hayley has expertly modelled effective coaching and mentoring through our engagements which has in turn given me the confidence to support the teachers who I coach. I would highly recommend Hayley to anyone who is looking to develop or grow in an area of their professional or personal life. Hayley has the ability to enable you to set goals and look to develop in both areas of your life in a seamless and integrated way. I’m looking forward to our next session and the possibilities that may arise from our discussion!!!!

HELPING MY CLIENTS TO GROW & CHANGE

I am a truly experienced coach, teacher, educational leader, and corporate trainer who has a client centred approach and always has the best interests of my clients at heart.

I have worked and lived in 5 different countries and have met people from across the world with different backgrounds, nationalities and experiences. I myself have been on my own well-being journey along the way. I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend to all. My life-experiences have led me to be non-judgemental and empathetic of all.

I have worked in 5 countries across the world in my previous roles as Teacher and Head Teacher. I supported the whole school community to grow and develop, coaching, teaching and training children, teens, young adults and adults along the way. The happiness and development of the school community was at the centre of everything that I did. As a Head Teacher I regularly coached staff, parents and children on an individual basis. Larger groups benefited from group coaching and training.

In my previous role as Founding Head Teacher of a brand new International School in Dubai I led the start up team from the day that the ground was broken. Liaising with architects, marketing, budget control, ordering, recruitment and PR were my main tasks prior to the school opening. Upon opening my additional roles included: performance management, finance, cpd and quality assurance, along with the day to day runnings of the school.
