Being a Mum is tough, it is even tougher when your own negative self-talk creates Mum guilt. Mum guilt comes from you! You create the guilt, you punish yourself for working, having a life, not spending 100% of your time with your children. If your life is not balanced and it is heavily weighted in a certain direction your own negative self-talk will create Mum guilt. Life Balance is super important and will help you to see life for what it is.

The above image is of my own little monkeys chilling in their room in their new den. They have created it without me, they don’t need me 100% of the time. I don’t feel guilty as my life is balanced and I chose to work whilst they were hanging out upstairs as I am spending all day with them tomorrow.

No Mum Guilt here!
