    🍀 There's no such thing as a lucky penny! 🍀 🍀 There's no such thing as a lucky penny! 🍀 What happens when you loose the penny or you forget it one day. Does that mean you have bad luck that day? You are giving your power away to luck. Yesterday my 5 year old son found what he called a lucky penny at the park. He was over the moon. Whilst we were at the park he went on a zip wire for the first time and also swung on a tyre swing for the first time, activities that he has been scared of before. He was sat on the tyre swing proud as punch and said "I overcame my fears because of my lucky penny." As cute as this is I explained that it has nothing at all to do with the penny and everything to do with him. He made it happen. He put the effort in. He challenged the fears.  This morning we went on an 'Awe Walk Awe Walks 
 This morning we went on an 'Awe Walk'. We were #inthemoment and literally were in awe of what we saw. Benefits of this are: increased levels of happiness and wellbeing, gratitude and connection with nature. It was a great way to start my day and brought a smile to my face. 
 The journey is just as important as the destination.
